NETELLER

NETELLER (Neteller.com) lets you shop securely, transfer money anywhere in the world and have instant access to your funds.

Receive money

After you open an account with NETELLER, you can link your credit card, debit card or bank account. You may also deposit funds from other e-wallets, Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash. NETELLER charges a 2.5% fee on deposits, across all deposit methods. However, deposits in excess of US$ 20,000 (or equivalent) are free of charge.

Send money

Sending money to friends and family is straightforward, whether they are next door or on the other side of the world. All you need is their email address and the funds will instantly reach their NETELLER account. If they don't have a NETELLER account, they'll receive an email to help them set one up, and get access to their funds. Through its partnership with Skrill, you may send money directly to a bank account or mobile wallet like M-Pesa, at the market exchange rate.

The regular NETELLER fee for sending money is 1.45%, subject to a USD 0.50 minimum fee. However, transaction fees will vary if you haven’t made any deposit to your NETELLER account, or have deposited only via Skrill, paysafecard, Neosurf, Qiwi or BitPay. For all transactions involving currency conversion, NETELLER adds 3.99% to the average daily interbank market rate to help protect against exchange rate fluctuations.

Spend money

It's free and easy to spend money online, whether you are trading FX or betting online. A large number of Forex brokers and CFD providers support NETELLER as a deposit and withdrawal method. Most brokers, such as eToro.com and FxPro.com, will credit your trading account within minutes of your order, free of charge. Speed is everything if you are looking to seize opportunities in the market. In comparison, bank transfers are much slower and usually incur fees.

Trade crypto-currency

You can buy and sell Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, EOS, Ether, Ethereum Classic, Litecoin, XLM, XRP and 0x on NETELLER.com, with no additional identity checks. NETELLER's buying and selling fees are transparent: 1.50% if you convert EUR and USD into crypto-currency, and 3% for all other fiat currencies. NETELLER supports 28 local currencies. Visit Neteller.com to see if your currency is available. These fees compare favourably against that charged by crypto-currency exchanges and CFD providers.

Withdraw money

Access your funds instantly at millions of ATMs and shops around the world, wherever Mastercard® is accepted, with NETELLER's prepaid debit card. It's free to buy online, in shops or restaurants. NETELLER charges a 1.75% cash withdrawal fee and an additional 3.99% foreign exchange fee if you spend or withdraw money in a different currency. Login to Neteller.com for your physical or virtual card.

Regulation

NETELLER® is a registered trademark of Skrill Limited. Paysafe Financial Services Limited is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for the issuance of electronic money. The company's FCA e-money register number is 900015.

While NETELLER maintains customer money in independent segregated accounts, electronic money accounts aren't bank accounts. For this reason, the UK’s Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) doesn't apply to your NETELLER account. In the unlikely event that NETELLER becomes insolvent, you may lose the electronic money held in your account.
